Refund Policy

Product Exchange / Replacement

You may request a product exchange or replacement if it's within 15 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days from the date of purchase we will not exchange or replace any products. In order to be eligible for a product exchange or replacement, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that it was shipped. It must also be in the original packaging sent by Jeanious Genetics and Concentrates. You may contact us @rjackson@jeaniousgenetics.com or at (951) 634-9339 to receive a return approval prior to returning any product.

Non-returnable items: Discontinued Products.

You must provide a legible receipt or proof of purchase. DO NOT send your product/s back to Jeanious Genetics unless you have received return approval.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You must use a trackable shipping service. Forward the Shipping Identification Number to Jeanious Genetics & Concentrates.

Once we have received your returned products your replacement products will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We will send you an email ASAP notifying you that we have received your return and your replacement product will be shipped to you at NO additional cost to you along with a tracking number.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be replaced or exchanged. Sale items may not be replaced or exchanged unless they were damaged upon receival.

EXCHANGES

We only replace or exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need a product exchange please contact us within 15 days of purchase.
