Q: Are your products laboratory tested?

A: [Yes] All of our products are tested by a Certified Laboratory.

Q: Are your products natural?

A: [Yes] Our products are all Natural with No chemical enhancements and are all grown from our seed bank.

Q: Are your products THC free?

A: [Yes] Our products exceed the industry standard of 0.03mg of Tetrahidrocannabino [THC].

Q: How should I store my products?

A: All Jeanious Genetics products should be stored at your room temperature.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Your order will be shipped and tracked once your payment has cleared processing. [Estimated 3 to 10 business days depending on order size]. A tracking number will be sent to you via email or text.
